Hi there. What are the rules under the D7 visa regarding travel and possible work in and around the Schengen block? Obviously the Schengen is ‘borderless’ so is it possible to move around without extra visa requirements? I’m a freelancer, who works remotely but on occasion have to attend client sites.

I saw for the golden Visa that we can stay only 7 days a year in portugal to maintain the residence permit , but with the D7 visa , can we do the same ? coming for 2 weeks a year and still maitaining the visa ?

I am non EU national and living and working in Czech Republic at the moment. I locked my SEF file under section 88 and wishing to secure a work permit to relocate to Portugal.
