So it looks as though there are either / or options. Either invest 鈧�250,000 in a property OR deposit 鈧�400,000 with a Greek bank.
Is it that simple? Deposit 鈧�400k in a term deposit account and you can obtain a Golden Visa and be free to travel all year around Europe with no 90/180 rule.
Or do you have to buy a property?
